KOELNER Rawlplug

This very large project took over three years of work and then required an additional two years to adjust. It involved redesigning entire product packaging and labeling systems. This process required cooperation with specialists, employees, the company’s management, factories, knowledge of material science, production, logistics, etc.

MY ROLE:

Design Project Manager, improving constructions, creating packaging and label layout and templates, internal audits, developing and maintaining a database, creating instructions
